Franchiseor of Scooters Pizza Ferndale inject fresh life into management of store

Scooters Pizza Ferndale is set to benefit greatly from enhanced managerial and strategic value, following the recent acquisition of the store by Allister Gertse and Anil Roscoe.

Gertse and Roscoe were previously employed at a well-known banking institution as management information system analysts for an iPad projects team. Jeanne Geldenhuys, Managing Executive of Scooters Pizza asserts that this background experience will enable Gertse and Roscoe to enhance the business model and value offering at Scooters Pizza Ferndale.

“Both Allister and Anil have gained invaluable experience in the corporate world, which has allowed them to develop considerable strategic and business focused managerial skills. I am highly confident that these learned traits, along with the fact that both of them are highly professional, motivated and enthusiastic people, will ensure that the store is run proficiently, which will translate into long term financial growth.”

Gertse states that he and Roscoe have ambitious plans for the store, with the intent to increase total orders per day by 30%, and increase the average spend by 10% within the next three months. He adds that they intend to achieve this goal by employing a hands-on management style and closely monitoring product quality, while also encouraging staff to exceed service expectations through performance incentives.

He further notes that the entire staff at Scooters Pizza Ferndale has responded positively to the change in management, and is receptive to the direction in which the new management wants to take the store.

Scooters Pizza offers hungry consumers a varied menu consisting of a number of traditional and speciality pizzas, as well as pizones, subs, wraps, side dishes and desserts.

Gertse concludes that he is confident of creating business sustainability for Scooters Pizza Ferndale.

“Through passion, perseverance and hard work, I truly believe that Scooter’s Pizza Ferndale will deliver on its promise and live up to customers’ expectations, with impeccable service provided, and only the tastiest meals served.

“Ultimately, this value offering will allow Ferndale residents to receive a slice of the good life, which I am positive will result in the development of a loyal customer base that will drive long term success for the store.”
