UviaUS Folding Cube Opens Doors for World-Renowned Real Estate Closers



Century 21 is the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization, with over 7000 franchises and offices in 73 countries around the world.   For over 35 years they’ve been building an empire by providing comprehensive sales, administrative and marketing support to real estate brokers and franchise owners around the globe.

Having recently developed a new, modern design concept for their office franchises, Century 21 needed a high impact, multipurpose marketing tool to showcase their new design and attract potential franchisors.  The marketing piece would be used to launch their new design at an upcoming international real estate convention, and serve as a product guide for existing franchisors, and be used as a direct mail marketing piece for a subsequent mail campaign targeting the top 500 companies in the US.  A tall order to be sure, but one that Century 21 Director of Franchise Transitions, Kathryn Carr, says UviaUs executed with exceptional service, quality, and record turnover!


To accommodate their needs, UviaUs designed a direct marketing piece that lay flat when unopened (snail mail friendly!) and transformed into a 3D pop-up cube when opened.  The multiple folding panels of the cube granted onlookers a full spectrum view of the layout of Century 21’s new design concept, while extra panels provided space for promotional print.  


How did it go over?  Kathryn Carr reports the response as ‘fantastic!’ At the convention the piece impressed the delegates, drawing large crowds to the Century 21 booth.  Kathryn goes on to relate that at least 3 dozen new brokers expressed their interest in becoming potential Century 21 franchise owners, reaching out to Century 21 as a direct result of viewing the fold out cube.
