As a result of ongoing initiatives to maintain and continually improve franchisee satisfaction, FASTSIGNS was among a select group of companies to be certified as a 2013 World-Class Franchise by the Franchise Research Institute. This marks FASTSIGNS second straight year to earn the recognition for high franchisee satisfaction ratings.

The recognition comes after an independent survey conducted by the Franchise Research Institute, in which 70.6 percent of all FASTSIGNS franchisees participated. The survey was designed to determine the level of franchisee satisfaction within the FASTSIGNS franchise system, and asked franchise owners to rate their franchisor through a series of questions in categories such as overall quality, growth potential, support and communication.


Among the responses received from FASTSIGNS franchisees:


•          94 percent gave a positive grade to the overall quality of the franchisor.


•          97 percent responded positively to the initial training provided by the franchisor.


•          96 percent gave a positive grade to the ongoing training and support supplied by the franchisor.


•          99 percent gave a positive rating to the overall communication between home office personnel and franchisees.


•          95 percent responded positively when asked if they would recommend this franchise to a prospective franchisee.

Sign & Graphics Franchise to Exhibit at National Business Media Show in Arlington



The National Business Media (NBM) Show is making its first stop of the year right in FASTSIGNS backyard of Arlington, Texas. FASTSIGNS International Inc., the worldwide franchisor of FASTSIGNS visual communications, signage and graphics centers, will be exhibiting at the show to educate attendees on franchise opportunities with the company.

The show, which will be held March 7-9 at the Arlington Convention Center, is a business-to-business trade show designed to educate attendees on the latest in sign making, digital printing, apparel decorating, engraving, personalization, promotional products and more. Sign and Graphics Franchise Comes Out on Top in Franchisee Satisfaction Survey



Through a recent survey measuring franchisee satisfaction, FASTSIGNS (http://www.fastsigns.com/), the worldwide franchisor for the more than 530 FASTSIGNS sign, graphic and visual communications centers in eight countries, offers proof of a correlation between open communication, comprehensive support and satisfied franchisees.

As a result of ongoing initiatives to maintain and further improve franchisee satisfaction, FASTSIGNS was ranked among the top three franchises in the business services category and 12th overall on the Franchise Business Review’s “FBR50 (http://topfranchises.franchisebusinessreview.com/)” for outstanding franchisee satisfaction. To compile the honorees for this year’s list, market research firm Franchise Business Review surveyed more than 26,000 franchisees representing more than 350 franchise brands. The survey includes 33 benchmark questions, relating to the franchisee’s experience and satisfaction as well as market area, business lifestyle and other demographic characteristics.
