Weinberger began his professional career as a lawyer but decided to take a step into the world of the franchise in 2008 year. In 2011, he decided to trade in his tie for a Hawaiian shirt and joined the Maui Wowi Hawaiian as Vice President of operations. As Director, Weinberger aims to support the franchisee and the entire system as they grow the business through the implementation of new initiatives. Haith will continue to be a vital part of the company, focusing primarily on strategic and financial objectives of the organization.
