Computer Troubleshooters & geek on call announce 2013 Franchisee of the Year Awards



Computer Troubleshooters and geeks On Call held their first National Conference at the end of April at the Wyndham Hotel in Cleveland. Cleveland is home to corporate offices of Carcassonne for both Computer Troubleshooters and geeks on call. One of the highlights of the four-day Conference was the announcement of 2013 Franchisee of the Year awards, presented by each company.

Computer Troubleshooters conferred this deserved award on Richard Warren of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina. Richard joined Computer Troubleshooters in 1999, making him one of the first affiliates of the organization. He became the Master Franchisee to North Carolina in 2000 and is currently an Assistant National Director for both Computer Troubleshooters and geeks on call. Richard is praised by his colleagues for his skill and experience more generosity as he spends countless hours coaching new franchise owners, helping them become successful franchise owners.


Geeks On Call was pleased to recognize Paul Phelps of Hampton Roads, Virginia as the recipient of their franchisees 2013 award. Paul opened his franchise geeks On Call in 2001 after retiring as a Navy Chief electronics technician. Through the hard work and diligence, has received the highest possible ratings constantly by his loyal following of customers. Terms as outstanding, the highest quality of work, friendly, goes beyond the call of duty are felt not only by the customers of Paul, but by the community as a whole to geeks on call.
